Position: HR Coordinator

Compensation: $20-21/hr

Job Summary:
Are you looking for your next role in as an HR Coordinator working for a non-profit? In this role you would be responsible for assisting the HR department in general day to day functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruiting process on open roles
- Post open jobs to various platforms
- Screen applicants resumes
- Assist with setting up interviews with hiring managers
- Oversee onboarding process and pre-employment requirements
- Assign training modules and ensure completion for new employees
- Attend job fairs to assist with recruiting needs
- Assist with benefit enrollment for new employees
- Assist with random drug screening program for current employees
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Related Field - preferred
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 1+ year of experience in Paycom
- Strong understanding of technology and computers
