Position: Assistant Director Mortgage Loan Services
Location: Lenexa, Kansas
Salary/Pay Rate: $125,000
Type: Direct Hire

Archon Resources is currently looking for a Assistant Director Mortgage Loan Services for Direct Hire to join one of our best clients located in Lenexa, Kansas. This is a Permanent position with full benefits including medical, vision, dental, PTO, & 401k. 

Summary: 

The Assistant Director of Mortgage Loan Services will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual that will look to support the Director in overseeing our mortgage lending operations. The Assistant Director will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing efficiency to deliver outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate with internal teams, including underwriters, processors, and closers, to ensure seamless workflow and timely loan processing.

• Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate operational and compliance risks.

• Support the Director in providing leadership and guidance to the mortgage loan services team.

• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.

• Address escalated customer issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with the Director to maintain a customer-centric approach to mortgage lending, ensuring an exceptional borrower experience.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree. Masters preferred. 

• 10 years of experience in mortgage lending, with demonstrated progression of responsibilities.

• 5 years of experience in an assistant director or director with experience managing others. 

• Experience with loan servicing systems and reports. 

• Accounting knowledge is a plus. 

• Experience with latest in mortgage loan systems is a plus. 

• Experience in completing monthly management reports and handling loan payments. 

• System conversion experience is a plus.
