Position: Customer Support RepresentativePosition Type: Contract
Location: South Norman
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Projected Start Date: January 27th
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing solutions and next steps to clients, answering inbound calls, and placing outbound calls to aid in processing applications while demonstrating professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Basic Computer Skills
- High School Diploma / GED
- AND 6 months experience in Customer Service or Call Center
- Ability to multi-task and deal with stressful situations
- Must show a level of empathy and willingness to help
- Experience in using dual monitors
- Ability to understand written materials and instructions
- Providing comprehensive customer service through inbound calls
- Conduct initial assessment, research and provide resolutions for clients
- Navigate multiple internal database systems
- Maintain and complete comprehensive client files in a timely manner
