Job Description

• Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop and refine project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with teams to gather and verify requirements.
  • Track milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Motivate and guide the project team for optimal performance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze project data and performance metrics.
  • Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Use project management tools to maintain accurate records.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify and develop strategies for project risks with engineers.
  • Monitor risks and issues, offering resolution recommendations.
• Process Improvement:
  • Review and enhance project processes and workflows for efficiency.
• Communication and Coordination:
  • Facilitate communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, distributing agendas and minutes.
• Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• 1+ years in project analysis or management within an engineering or technical field. Experience in engineering or construction management and managing cross-functional teams is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and make decisions under pressure.
• Experience coaching project team members and working with various management levels.
