Archon Resources is currently looking for a ERP Developer III - Oracle HCM to join one of our clients located in Tulsa, OK. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
SUMMARY
Provide integration development, configuration, analyzes, and support for ERP applications, prefer Oracle HCM Developer with a technical background in Human Capital Management. Develop, modify, debug, and evaluate programs for Corporate functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, and marketing. Position will be responsible for providing excellence in problem solving, customer service, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical issues. The focus of this position is to provide technical service and functional knowledge to ultimately drive customer success. Onsite preferred, but not required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
- The key skills used daily are high level of techno-functional skills, HCM product knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise
- The main role of the Oracle HCM Developer is to resolve highly complex techno-functional problems in Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll analyzes and document business processes, and practices.
- Develops functional and technical designs based on high level business requirements.
- Creates test plans and test scripts to test systems.
- Provides on-call 24x7 support for production systems.
- Completes and update information and knowledge management component documentation as requested.
- Develops interfaces to and from the ERP system and implements customizations as required.
- Identify and most likely implements ideas for integration and automation within the ERP environment.
- Manages small to medium sized projects.
- Works with our Project Management Team to analyze data needs and gather requirements.
- Constantly evaluate and update procedures in area of responsibility when applicable.
- Develops short-term plans for various enhancements and drive them through completion.
- Prepares and obtain approval of system and programming documentation.
- Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
- Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Preferred field of study in Computer Science or equivalent. Certifications in Oracle Fusion (HCM Cloud) Applications, preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- 5+ years Oracle Fusion/HCM Cloud Applications experience
- Proven experience in the following areas Oracle Fusion HCM Application Modules - Global HR, Talent Management, Benefits, and Payroll
- Strong understanding of E-Business Suites, particularly in Human Capital Management
- Strong database skills and proficiency with SQL, DBA activities experience preferred
- Experience with HCM Cloud fast formulas, HCM Extracts, Journeys, Extensible and Descriptive Flexfields related to Core HR and/or Talent Profile
- Experience with data conversion tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL) or HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL) related to Core HR and/or Talent Profile
- Ability to develop and maintain HCM Extract interfaces between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems using HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher related to Core HR and/or Talent Profile
- Experience in developing build data models and write custom reports in BI Publisher
- Experience is building BI Analyses using Subject Areas in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Prior working experience in providing Technical Customer Support in Oracle HCM
- Good understanding of Fusion Security Users/Roles Architecture in Security Console
- Excellent Analytical Skills with a proven approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Advance Microsoft Excel Skills
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written skills
- Self-starter, requiring minimal direction
- Excellent organizational, coordination skills
- Extensive integration experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Requires light physical effort. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds with some standing or walking. Mental and visual efforts due to the nature of the job.
