Position: HR Coordinator 
Position Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 

Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator supports the HR department by handling payroll, HRIS administration, employee engagement, and recruitment. They also assist with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and an advocate for employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain employee files and records (electronic and paper).
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives for on-site and remote employees.
  • Serve as the main contact for payroll, PTO, and benefits inquiries.
  • Prepare bi-weekly payroll with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate recruiting, new hire processes, and orientation.
  • Audit payroll, benefits, and HR programs; recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage personnel documentation and HR bulletin boards.
  • Oversee PPE voucher program and general office administrative tasks.
  • Assist with additional HR and administrative duties as assigned.


Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of HR or relevant administrative experience.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Workday.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
