Position: Customer Support Admin
Position Type: Contract to Hire
Location: Oklahoma City
Pay Rate: $16-18

As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring seamless administrative support. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, process documentation, and maintain accurate records while demonstrating professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • AND 6 months of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a call center environment
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of empathy and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with dual monitors and navigating multiple systems
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions accurately

Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)

  • Provide comprehensive customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with data entry, document processing, and maintaining client records
  • Conduct initial assessments, research client inquiries, and provide timely resolutions
  • Navigate multiple internal databases to retrieve and update client information
  • Ensure all administrative tasks and client interactions are documented accurately and efficiently
  • Support various departments by handling clerical and organizational tasks as needed
