Archon Resources is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join one of our best clients located in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the opportunity to convert to permanent after 6 months.
Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers and support day-to-day sales and account activities.
This position will handle customer inquiries, provide product information and pricing, process orders and returns, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and comfortable working across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, orders, availability, and general account needs.
• Prepare and provide product information, pricing, quotations, and supporting documentation to customers.
• Process sales orders, order changes, and product returns accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate returned merchandise documentation with receiving and accounting teams.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support outside sales representatives with customer requests, order information, pricing, and follow-up.
• Assist the accounting team with customer-related questions, documentation, and account information.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to expedite orders and support on-time delivery.
• Research and resolve routine customer concerns while providing clear and timely communication.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information throughout the sales and fulfillment process.
• Provide a high level of customer service and build positive, professional relationships with customers and internal teams.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, account management, sales support, or order processing experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
