Position: Staff AccountantPosition Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $70-75K
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Work Setting: In-person
Job Summary:
Are you looking for your next role in a fast paced environment as a Staff Accountant? In this role you would be responsible for assistant the accounting team in completing monthly accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices
- Process accounts receivable invoices
- Reconcile bank accounts, general ledgers, and balance sheets
- Record new acquisitions and sales accordingly
- Assist with month-end process
- Assist with year-end process
- Record journal entries
- Assist with audit as needed
- Prepare financial reporting
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related area
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting
- Strong under understanding of GAAP
