Job Profile Summary
The admin supports general administrative functions of the practice, such as mail handling, document review and imaging, and data extraction and analysis. The Analyst performs independent research and analytical reviews in support of the Property Tax practice and maintains software databases to ensure database and report integrity. The Analyst is responsible for creating positive team member experiences, which lead to excellent client service and drive revenue and profit for the Firm.Â
Open, identify, sort, stamp, and distribute all incoming mail daily.
Batch, image, and upload tax documents into software for processing.
Batch, image, and upload refund checks and documents to a shared drive for processing.
Print, collate, review, package, and postage refund applications.
Review incoming tax payment checks from vendors.
Reconcile payment checks to the client AP feeds.
Image, log, and package payment checks.
Stub tax bills and create mailing envelopes.
Print and reconcile AP feeds, ensuring all signoffs are intact for audits.
Coordinate outgoing mail processes, including preparation of certified and return receipts, and proper postage metering; log proof of mailers; and deliver mail to post office or courier service.
