Position: Mortgage Loan Servicing Assistant

Salary/Pay Rate: $50,000

Archon Resources is currently looking for a Mortgage Loan Servicing Assistant for Direct Hire to join one of our best clients located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a permanent position with full benefits including medical, vision, dental, PTO, & 401k.
Summary:
The Mortgage Loan Servicing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the loan servicing team by assisting with day-to-day operations, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Remittance portion of Loan Servicing Assistant Position
- Check monthly servicing fees for Peak to confirm new loans are boarded correctly.
- Preparing and Inputting monthly payment information provided by Servicers into spreadsheets and loading into database
- Correcting Reoccurring Penny variances
- Servicing - onboarding duties
Candidate will participate in loan on-boarding process.
In conjunction with established procedures and Management direction, after training, duty generally entails (but may not be limited to):
- Reviewing loan and supporting documentation for purchased loans
- Validate/ Troubleshoot loan and supporting documents compared to approved purchase terms
- Validate and reconcile funded amounts to loan and supporting documents
- Communicate and Resolve any potential issues to appropriate team members, pre and post on-boarding process
- Accurately prepare all necessary transfer templates and supporting documents to add purchased loans to financial system
- Upload prepared templates to financial system
- Validate/ Troubleshoot financial system messaging
- Maintain complete and accurate records of each on-boarding instance
Requirements:
- 5 years experience minimum.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Strong analytical background.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mortgage loan experience is a must.
- Banking experience.
- Unselfish, positive attitude that is willing to do the work.
- Willingness to work extended, long hours both nights and weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and mortgage servicing software.
