Compensation: $110,000-$140,000

Job Summary:

In this role as a Commercial Loan Officer you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of deposits and loans, actively seek new customer prospects, and effectively cross-sell banking products and services. Your role as a Commercial Loan Officer is crucial in driving growth and profitability by nurturing and managing relationships with commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present to loan committees
- Effectively prospects for clients and deliver creative financial solutions to meet their needs
- Secure commercial loan customers and assess their credit worthiness
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to fully understand their goals, challenges, and needs
- Maintain communication with current clients to ensure all their needs are met and satisfied with our services
- Gather all necessary documents/information for the underwriting process
- Effective underwrite loan structure, terms, pricing and evaluate credit risk using credit/analytical skills
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients including financial statements, cash flow projections and risk profiles
- Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell products and services
- Understand and stay current on market trends, industry developments, and competitive offerings
- Comply with internal policies and procedures as well as Federal, State and industry laws/regulations
- Develop revenue growth through loan/deposit generation
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related filed - preferred
- Commercial Loan Officer school - preferred
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in Banking
- 5+ years managing a Loan Portfolio
- Extensive experience and understanding of credit and lending
- Proven annual production
