Compensation: $225,000+

Job Summary:
The Chief Lending Officer will be responsible for managing the banks commercial lending department, strategic development, and overall portfolio growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute both and goals and strategies for the commercial lending group in order to grow and diversify the lending portfolio
• Maintain and expand with new and existing clients
• Responsible for the lending departments budgets, goals, and overall production
• Extensive management functions including interviewing, hiring, training, terminations, assisting, directing, rewarding and reviewing overall performance for employees
• Understand, execute, and drive the banks vision and culture as part the executive team
Education and Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferred Graduate of Banking school
Qualifications and Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience within banking
• Management experience in financial institution with an asset size of one billion
