Compensation: Up to $137,000 annually, DOE

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Substation Engineer to play a pivotal role in our clients Engineering department. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of substation projects. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in substation engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of substation design standards, grid codes, and electrical power systems analysis.
