Compensation: Up to $137,000 annually, DOE

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Standards and Guides Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in establishing, maintaining, and evolving the engineering standards and guides that underpin the quality and innovation of our projects. The successful candidate will lead efforts in developing comprehensive documentation, processes, and systems that ensure engineering practices are at the forefront of industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License required
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in engineering
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficient in relevant software tools and applications for standards development and documentation.
