Job Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for issuing payments owed by the company to suppliers and vendors. In addition, you will help with administrative and clerical support of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing AP invoices
- Issuing payment of invoices
- Recording invoices
- Tracking budget expenses
- High volume
- Vendor relationship management
- Checking and verifying accuracy of invoices
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
- QuickBooks
- MS Office
- Strong communication, interpersonal skill, relationship management, and problem solving abilities
