Software Support Specialist
Position Type: W2 (Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship – must be US Citizen or Green Card holder).
Duration: Direct Hire
Compensation: Up to $30,000 annually
Location: Onsite in Moore, OK
We are currently working with a dynamic software company who is looking to add a software specialist to their team. Their mission is to develop, sell, and support cutting-edge software tailored for Consumer Loan Companies nationwide. They are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Software Specialist to join their support team.
- Provide exceptional phone support for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to our loan origination software.
- Test new software versions to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and functionality.
- Train new customers, helping them navigate and utilize our software effectively.
- Engage in occasional travel to install and train new clients, with trips lasting up to a week as needed.
