Archon Resources is currently looking for an Integrity Analyst II for one of our clients located in Tulsa, OK. This is a Contract-To-Hire position.Job Profile Summary
Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the company's Integrity Management Programs (IMP).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Works with integrity personnel (Risk Assessment, Assessment & Remediation, Station Risk Assessment, and Fixed Equipment) to ensure all internal integrity goals and external compliance expectations are met.
- Evaluates in-line assessment data from preliminary and final vendor reports including in-line inspections, external corrosion direct assessment (ECDA) or other methodologies. Responsibilities may also include data alignment and integration from multiple sources.
- Selects or assists with the selection of evaluation digs and prepares dig packets for project managers and pipeline inspectors.
- Reviews field data and prepares correlation tables for individual assessments.
- Performs statistical trending analysis and data integration techniques to identify data trends.
- Participates in the IMP data integration process. Reviews and integrates integrity risk variables to identify integrity threats, evaluate current prevention and mitigation strategies, select additional prevention and mitigation strategies, if needed, select appropriate technology for next assessment, and set assessment schedules.
- Conducts economic analysis of integrity alternatives.
- Participates in vendor review and selection meetings.
- Acts as liaison between integrity team personnel and GIS/mapping support personnel.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience
Experience
- Experience and training related to:
- GIS
- Statistics
- Database development
- Experience developing or maintaining leading and lagging performance indicators and utilizing same to affect positive program change.
- Experience in use and function of office equipment such as computers and applicable software.
- Experience in reading and interpreting vendor reports, spreadsheets and integrity management raw data.
- Experience in composing and preparing executive summaries and other materials including but not limited to IMP procedures, bid packages, dig sheets and AFE’s.
Licenses and Certifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- NACE certification preferred
- Knowledge of: various inspection technologies such as in-line inspections or ECDA and selection of the appropriate technology for identified integrity threats. Experience with analyzing in-line inspection data and integration with other data sources.
- Knowledge of: CFR49 Part 195 for liquids or CFR Part 192 for natural gas.
- Knowledge of: pipeline risk principles.
- Knowledge of: pipeline system pressure and flow.
- Ability to: apply math and algebraic formulas.
- Ability to: communicate the status of projects, project schedules and inspection results with IMP data integration team and management.
- Ability to: create and conduct presentations related to assessment and remediation and anomaly distribution and change during data integration meetings.
- Ability to: communicate and/or exchange information; conduct oral presentations.
