Position: Office Admin
Type: Contract to Hire - In Office
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Location: Lewisville, TX
Salary $22.00/HR
Job Duties:
Maintains office operations, processes customer orders, and customer service, receives and distributes communications, and maintains supplies.
Responsibilities:

Process new customer orders, confirm customer orders, and keep customers informed of order status.

Maintains inventory of office supplies and anticipates supply needs; ensures prompt ordering and receipt of supplies.

Provides office communications support by fielding calls, answering questions, and forwarding messages.

Coordinate daily operations, including engineering, purchasing, and operations.

Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems.
-
Use the Production Management System to enter customer order information, track orders and coordinate shipments to suppliers and customers.
-
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
-
High school diploma, Equivalency (GED) required, or equivalent work experience

Must be able to work with Office software programs including spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software,
-
Strong Communication skills
-
Strong Customer Service skills
-
Strong attention to details
Minimum Previous Experience:
-
At least 3-5 years in the Office Administration
Other Skills:
-
Ability to understand and follow all instructions given.

Fill out the required paperwork.

Keep the working area clean and organized.
