Job Summary:
This position combines front desk responsibilities with administrative tasks, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and overseeing various office operations. It requires strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer and manage phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule meetings, book travel arrangements, manage office supplies, and handle mail and courier services.
- Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and employees, addressing their needs and questions professionally.
- Keep the reception area and office space tidy and organized.
- May include other clerical tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with visitors and staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positively represent the company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in customer service, administrative roles, and receptionist duties is required.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Must present a professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
