Job Summary and SELL SIZZLE:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with expertise in machine vision and AI model development to join a cutting-edge technology consulting firm. This remote, part-time role will support manufacturing and commercial real estate industries by helping contractors with the bidding process through advanced image analysis, primarily using AutoCAD files. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and a passion for using AI to innovate and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI models focused on image processing and real-time video analysis

• Work with AutoCAD images to assist contractors in the bidding process

• Prepare, clean, and manage data to ensure effective model outcomes

• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions into broader systems

• Provide insights and reports to stakeholders, focusing on the business value of AI models

Years of Experience & Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar role

• Expertise in machine vision, image processing, and AI model development

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for image analysis

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages

• Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV

• Ability to prepare, cleanse, and analyze data effectively

• Relevant certifications in AI/ML or Data Science (e.g., TensorFlow, Data Science certifications) are a plus

• Successfully develop and implement AI models for real-world applications in image processing and real-time analysis
