Emphasis Tech is seeking a highly skilled AI Administrator with a strong IT support or systems administration background to join our team. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI systems, ensuring seamless integration of AI tools into client environments. Responsibilities:

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI systems, ensuring their optimal performance

• Implement AI tools into client systems, ensuring smooth integration and usability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and capabilities

• Manage and maintain data pipelines to support AI workflows

• Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues

• Stay current with trends in AI technology to drive continuous improvement

• Communicate with clients to identify needs, propose solutions, and evaluate alternatives

Years of Experience & Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or AI administration

• Experience implementing AI tools and systems into client environments

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java

• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services

• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

• Knowledge of API integration and system architecture

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Education:

• No degree required, but experience in IT support, system administration, or related field is essential

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud platforms, or system administration are a plus

FIRST 6-12 MO EXPECTATIONS:

• Successfully deploy and maintain AI systems, ensuring smooth implementation and functionality

• Implement AI tools into client systems and manage their integration with existing workflows

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to address any issues

• Work closely with internal teams and clients to optimize AI system performance
