About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, including a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, and proven experience with the month-end close process and account reconciliations. This role requires excellent technical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, and variance analyses

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of financial records in compliance with GAAP

• Assist with internal and external audits by providing appropriate documentation and support

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of accounting systems and procedures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and operational needs

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)

• Minimum [3–5+] years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong technical accounting knowledge, with demonstrated experience applying U.S. GAAP

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP/accounting systems (e.g Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks)

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• CPA or progress toward CPA certification (preferred, but not required)
