Job functions include, but are not limited to:
Review the status of delinquent accounts and initiate collection action consistent with company policies.
Review credit limits and recommend changes to the A/R Manager.
Research disputes on account balances, resolving any disputed items.
Communicate with customers and branch personnel regarding issues, such as proof of deliveries, returns, and other collection issues.
