This is a Direct Hire position with full benefits including medical, vision, dental, PTO, & 401k.     Summary: Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our collections department. The Collections Manager will lead a team of collections agents, develop strategies to recover outstanding debts, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and work closely with other departments to maintain a healthy credit portfolio. Responsibilities: Train, develop, and conduct performance reviews for collections staff to enhance their skills and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle difficult or escalated customer interactions with professionalism and empathy while maintaining a focus on successful debt recovery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the collections process.
