The Collections Manager will lead a team of collections agents, develop strategies to recover outstanding debts, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and work closely with other departments to maintain a healthy credit portfolio. Responsibilities: Train, develop, and conduct performance reviews for collections staff to enhance their skills and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
