This is a client-facing, operations-focused role supporting over 450 financial institutions in resolving complex issues related to debit and credit card processing, EFT transactions, and network-related escalations. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve complex operational and technical issues related to EFT and card processing. Communicate with financial institution clients, vendors, and payment networks (Visa, MasterCard, Cirrus, Plus) to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with company PMs and RMs to improve efficiency and eliminate recurring issues. Maintain and expand a knowledge base of company’s debit and credit solutions. Accurately track incidents and manage escalations following defined prioritization processes. Qualifications: Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Banking, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in EFT processing or banking operations (debit/credit cards, ATM networks, ACH, etc.). Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, especially in issue resolution. Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
